UED Reader Service

Please use this form to make changes to your mailing address, request electronic delivery of UED and/or stop/request postal mail delivery of the UED magazine. The label code helps us to find your existing record in our database and is required for changing your mailing address. If you provide an email address we will confirm your change by email. Email address is required for electronic delivery of UED.

The electronic delivery version of UED is sent once per month. Most companies receive the postal mail version every 2-3 months. If you want electronic delivery INSTEAD of postal deliver, please check both the "Sign up for UED Electronic Delivery" and "Stop Post Delivery of UED printed magazine" boxes. If you want it IN ADDITION to postal delivery, just check the "Sign up for UED Electronic Delivery" box and we will also continue postal delivery on the normal schedule.
